About the Role

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care and education for children aged 0–5 years. You will work as part of a welcoming team to create engaging learning experiences that support each child's individual development.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care and learning in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Plan and provide stimulating activities that encourage children's learning and development.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Observe, assess, and record children's progress.
• Promote children's wellbeing, safeguarding, and inclusion at all times.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming learning environment.
• Support children's personal, social, emotional, and physical development.

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

• A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (or equivalent).
• A good understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A warm, caring, and enthusiastic approach to working with children.
• A commitment to providing outstanding care and learning experiences.
