We're working with a welcoming early years setting in Ipswich that's looking for a caring, enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. It's the kind of nursery where every child is known by name, every milestone is celebrated, and no two days are ever quite the same.

Whether you're leading messy play, reading the same favourite story for the tenth time (because they insist!), or helping little ones build confidence one step at a time, you'll be making a real difference from day one.

What you'll be doing

• Creating a safe, fun and inspiring environment where children can thrive
• Planning and delivering engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
• Building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
• Supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing through play
• Helping children develop the confidence and skills they'll carry into school and beyond

We'd love to hear from you if you have

• A Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (or equivalent)
• Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
• A warm, patient and nurturing approach
• A good understanding of the EYFS framework
• A genuine passion for helping children flourish

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
