Protocol Education is working on behalf of a large primary school in South Manchester who is seeking a full time, Early Years Lead to start in February for a 6-12 month long term assignment.
We are looking for someone who:
•has experience of working in an early years setting and in delivering high quality teaching and learning.
•can enthuse, motivate and engage children in all areas of learning.
•is committed to high standards and able to assist in planning, preparation and delivery of lessons
•has a clear understanding of the importance of ongoing, formative assessment
•can demonstrate their ability to lead and be responsible for a key group
•can lead and work effectively as part of a team
•has excellent communication skills and is committed to building positive relationships with pupils, parents and staff
•can lead the quality and effectiveness of the curriculum through the co-ordination of teaching and learning and sharing of good practice in classrooms.
•is willing to contribute to the broader life of the school community.
