Early Years Educator

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a nurturing Early Years environment and is ready to take on additional responsibility, including leading the class during teacher PPA time.

The Role

• Support the delivery of high-quality teaching and learning within the Early Years setting
• Lead the class independently during teacher PPA time
• Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework
• Foster a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
• Support children’s social, emotional, and academic development
• Work collaboratively with the class teacher and wider school team
• Observe, assess, and contribute to children’s progress and learning journeys

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Proven experience working within an Early Years (EYFS) setting
• A relevant Early Years qualification (Level 3 or above preferred)
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and child development
• Experience leading a class or group of children independently
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A proactive, positive, and flexible approach
• A genuine passion for supporting young children’s learning and development
