Job description
I am currently working with 2 South Sheffield Primary Schools with Teaching Assistant roles in Early Years. The positions are Long term (Temporary) and required from January 2019. The successful applicants will be ambitious, able to build good relationships with both staff and children, and embrace the ethos and inclusiveness of the individual schools.

The successful applicant must have:

• Have an understanding of the National Curriculum
• Have the confidence to address conflict and challenging behaviour
• Be willing to work flexibly and constructively as part of a team
• Be passionate about supporting and encouraging every student to fulfil his/ her potential
• Be able to use their initiative
