Protocol Education are working with a client school in Tunbridge Wells who are looking for an Early Career Teacher to kickstart their teaching career in a supportive and collaborative environment.

As an ECT you will have a designated mentor to help support your skills and development. ECT's will also have time out of class and regular meetings with their mentor to complete any required work or CPD.

 

You should:

• Be engaging and innovative 
• Be an ECT with QTS
• Have a good knowledge of the National Curriculum and a passion for teaching 

 

The candidate will:

• Have an enhanced DBS certificate on the update service or be willing to process a new application
• Hold the Right to Work in the UK
• Be able to provide two references covering the last 2 years.
