We’re working with welcoming primary schools across Shropshire looking for enthusiastic Early Career Teachers to join them full-time with immediate starts available.

The role:

  • Full-time ECT opportunities across primary schools in Shropshire
  • ASAP starts available
  • Roles available across EYFS, KS1 and KS2

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Holds UK QTS or is completing a PGCE/teacher training programme
  • Is passionate about primary education and making learning engaging
  • Has strong communication and classroom management skills
  • Is positive, adaptable, and eager to learn
  • Can build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
  • Ideally drives and has access to a vehicle due to school locations across Shropshire

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
