About the Role

As an ECT, you will have the opportunity to:

• Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive lessons.
• Create a positive and supportive classroom environment.
• Support pupils with different learning needs.
• Assess and monitor pupil progress.
• Develop effective behaviour management strategies.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.
• Adapt teaching approaches to meet individual needs.
• Work collaboratively with experienced teachers and school staff.
• Promote high expectations and positive learning outcomes.

‍ Who We're Looking For

We're keen to hear from ECTs who:

• Hold UK QTS or are completing the process of obtaining QTS.
• Have completed their PGCE or recognised teacher training programme.
• Have successfully completed their teaching placements.
• Are passionate about teaching and supporting pupil development.
• Have a positive, reflective and adaptable approach.
• Are keen to develop their classroom practice.
• Can teach either Primary or Secondary.
• Are interested in mainstream or SEND education.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
