As a Primary ECT working through Protocol Education, you will:

✨ Gain experience across a variety of primary school settings
✨ Build confidence delivering lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
✨ Develop your classroom management and behaviour strategies
✨ Experience different teaching approaches and school communities
✨ Maintain flexibility while gaining valuable teaching experience

Many of our ECTs secure long-term positions in schools where they initially started through supply work.

To be considered for these opportunities, you should have:

✔ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be due to complete your teacher training in 2026
✔ A genuine passion for primary education
✔ Strong communication and classroom management skills
✔ A positive, adaptable, and enthusiastic approach to teaching
✔ An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
