Job description
Are you qualified to teach DT (resistant materials)? We are seeking to appoint a teacher of Design Technology to deliver high quality teaching, learning and assessment across KS3 and KS4 in schools across the Bromley and Bexley boroughs. We are looking to recruit Teachers on day to day supply, long term and permanent contracts.

Responsibilities:
- Teaching Design technology at both KS3 & KS4
- Driving performance within the classroom
- Ensuring targets are met and exceeded
- Managing behaviour within the classroom
- Communicating with parents and carers over pupils progress and participating in departmental meetings, parents evenings and whole school training events
- Participating in and organising extracurricular activities, such as outings, social activities and sporting events
- Preparing pupils for qualifications and external examinations
As a successful Teacher with Protocol Education you will need to:

•Have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be a Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT) with a PGCE, GTP, Bachelor of Education (BAEd.), QTLS or equivalent teaching qualification
•Be passionate about teaching and education
•Have a creative approach to teaching
•Be flexible and adaptable
•Have good behaviour managements skills
•Excellent communication and lesson delivery skills
•A good work ethic
