Job description
Drama Teacher, September 2017

I am recruiting for an enthusiastic and passionate teacher to teach key stage 3 and 4, My client is a secondary school where Pupils are proud of their school. They behave well around the school and in lessons. They are cheerful, polite, helpful and very supportive of each other. The school was awarded good in all areas of their latest OFSTED report and intend to improve this to OUSTANDING. Located in Waltham Forest the school have easy access to the Victoria line.

The executive principal and his senior leaders have established very high expectations of staff and for all pupils in the school. Most of the staff are determined to make the school the best it can be. The school will require you to have strong subject knowledge and experience working with children of all ranges of age, race and sex. You will be required to be dedicated to improving students knowledge of Drama and raising attainment levels, utilising your teaching techniques.

With excellent knowledge of Drama, you may be required to run intervention sessions for those students that need additional support with Drama and may also attend school trips. Having visited the school myself I can confirm that staff are polite and the school is consistently improving.
