Job description
Urgent Recruitment Need!

We are urgently looking for people who are interested in working as Secondary Cover Supervisors across Wolverhampton

The role of a cover supervisor is to;
Supervise students on work left in accordance with the school policy
Assisting in preparing the learning environment and the materials used therein
Managing behaviour and enforcing any consequences given
Answering students questions as best as you can in response to set work
Collecting any work completed after the lesson and returning it to an agreed person/place
Leaving the room in good order at the end of the lesson/day
Supervising entry and departure of students in accordance with school policy
Recording and reporting attendance at lessons in accordance with school policy
Reporting back, as appropriate , using the schools agreed referral procedures, on the behaviour of the pupils during the class and any other issues arising
Dealing with immediate problems or emergencies i.e first aid, fights, fire etc.


To be eligble you must
* Have a Level 3 or above qualification
* Willingness to work as a Teacher substitute in Secondary Schools
* Ability to travel across Schools
* Able to provide 2 references that cover the previous 2 years (University, College or workplace reference)
