Job description
Our client is a high achieving school in the centre of Cambridge. They require a Digital Education Officer on a long term and potentially permanent basis to support students and staff with IT and systems processes.

The role will involve helping students and staff with first line IT support including passwords, downloads and various problem solving across their digital platforms as well as training staff and students in new IT practises as new processes are roled out.
This is a part time role of 30 hours per week and would suit someone from an education background with previous experience in an IT support role.

The ideal candidate will:
Have previous experience of teaching or support in an education environment
Previous IT support experience either phone based or face to face support
Experience of working with Ipads and Apple systems would be an advantage
