Design Technology Teacher

A secondary school in North Somerset are excited to appointment a Teacher of Design & Technology to join their talented team of teaching professionals. The faculty includes Art, Design & Technology, Photography and Food Technology.

The right candidate must be passionate, ambitious, and forward thinking, with a real desire to make a difference to the lives of their students.

Starting: ASAP or September 1st 2022

The right candidate will:

  • Hold QTS
  • Be suitable qualified, with strong subject knowledge to teach across KS3 & 4
  • Be committed to ensure that pupils maximise opportunity to achieve
  • Plan outstanding lessons to meet the needs of all students
  • Monitor and report on the progress of students, ensuring they are receiving the necessary feedback for them to develop
  • Be confident to manage varying behaviours and have a proven track record of doing this
