Job description
Part-time Design and Technology Technician KS3-KS5
Outstanding school in Kingston-upon Thames
October 2017 start - temporary with potential for permanent role

An "outstanding" graded school in Kingston-upon-Thames wish for a driven and enthusiastic Design and Technology Technician to support the teaching staff within the department. The school:

•Is well resourced.
•Has an approachable and supportive Senior Leadership Team.
•Has very good transport links.

This well performing school have asked for:

•Must be experienced in DT support over Key Stages 3-5
•Working knowledge of modelling materials / resistant materials.
•KS3 graphics in Year 10 and 11 including marking coursework and exam preparation.
•A personable person who works well within the team

You must be a qualified support assistant, be able to offer 2 references and have a CRB or be willing to complete one.

In order to be considered for this Secondary position in Surrey, all applicants must fulfil the following criteria:

Be UK qualified or hold a recognised teaching qualification

CV covering their last 2 years of employment.

Details of all teaching experience relevant to this vacancy, including volunteering/placements.

DBS Disclosure.

Eligibility to work in the UK.
