Job description
A lovely bilingual nursery in Twickenham is recruiting for a Deputy Manager!

The successful candidate will have robust knowledge of the EYFS, strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills. The individual must be highly motivated, have a positive attitude towards working with children, and be ready to lead and manage team of staff.

The ideal candidate should have experience working in an Ofsted graded "Good" or "Outstanding" setting.

The ideal candidate will have:

Good knowledge, experience and understanding of the EYFS
Good knowledge, experience and understanding of safeguarding procedures
Experience of working at a senior role in a nursery
Candidates must have a minimum of Level 3 qualification in Early Years.
Your role as Deputy Manager will include:

Promoting positive relationships with parents, children and colleagues
Ensuring health, safety and well-being of the children at all times
Overseeing the smooth running of the nursery
Supporting the staff team to deliver high quality practice within the nursery
Supporting the Nursery Manager with Office based duties including finances, new enquiries, and recruitment. You will deputise for the Manager as and when required.
The staff work as per a rotating shift pattern between our opening hours of 7.45 am to 6.45 pm (51 weeks per year).

Location: Twickenham

Full-time: 40 hours per week/ 4 days a week
