Job description
Protocol Education are currently working with a Day Nursery located in Beckenham recruiting for a Deputy Manager.
The nursery got a 'good' Ofsted rating and is open from 7.30am-6pm. The set of shifts alternates each week and the position is 40 hours a week.

This is a fantastic opportunity and the ideal candidate will have:

-at least 2 years management experience
- a Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent
- experience of completing and reviewing action plans to achieve the highest quality of care and learning.
- a great knowledge of the EYFS
- be able to mentor and support new staff during inductions
- passion and motivation
- the skills to be a great role model to the rest of the staff team


The company offers great rates of pay £20,000-£22,000 depending on experience and offers great benefits and training.
Please note that all candidates will have to have a DBS or a willingness to undertake one and be able to provide professional references.
