Job description
Protocol is currently looking for an incredible leader to join a Primary school in Edmonton as a Deputy Headteacher. This school believes in development, support and most importantly, the safeguarding of children.
The ideal candidate will be committed to inspiring greatness and making a difference. They must lead and manage staff to achieve school priorities and targets as well as ensure that pupil achievement is outstanding and overall standards remain high through undertaking thorough assessment, monitoring, analysis and effective use of data. They will also need to establish positive, constructive working relationships with all staff and clear communication systems to ensure that parents are kept well informed of children's attainment and progress, the curriculum, school targets, and their vital role in the process of children's learning.
This position is to start in September on a permanent basis.
APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:

* You must have the legal right to work in the UK
* You must hold QTS or a UK recognised equivalent teaching qualification
* Must have a strong knowledge of the British National Curriculum, and experience within a Deputy Headteacher role
* Must have 2 recent references for the last 5 years
* Must have current DBS or willing to apply for one
