Day to day Special Needs Teaching Assistant


Special education needs teaching assistants needed for a newly built SEN school split over two sites in the London borough of Hounslow to start ASAP.

A school that caters for 190 students with special education needs is looking for special needs teaching assistants work on a day to day basis when needed. The school has been fitted with some of the best equipment available to aid students with additional needs and have a state of the art hydro therapy pool for students with profound and multiple learning difficulties.

The school is looking to appoint highly motivated and enthusiastic special needs teaching assistants with a real passion for, and commitment to, supporting children with complex learning needs.

Mainstream teaching assistants are welcome to apply. This post is fortunate enough to have a supportive network of professionals and a progressive CPD programme for those looking to start a career in special education needs.

This position would be suitable for those who are looking to work part time or those looking to gain more experience in special needs education.

With parking available and accessible public transport links this makes it far more suitable for those looking to commute.

We undertake safeguarding checks on all our workers in accordance with the DfE statutory guidance Keeping Children Safe in Education'. As part of these checks, we require a current Enhanced DBS Disclosure for everyone working in schools. If you do not have a valid subscription to the DBS Update Service, we will require you to complete a new DBS application as part of the registration process, at a cost of £44.00
