You’re the calm in the classroom storm. And we’ve got schools who see it.

Whether you're supporting 1:1, running small groups, or jumping into a lively Year 3 class with 15 minutes' notice, you know how to keep things on track. And in Southwark? There’s a whole bunch of schools that would love to have you in their corner.

What’s in it for you?

  • Pick your days, set your schedule

  • Work in schools that suit your style

  • Weekly PAYE pay – no umbrella faff

  • Get booked in advance with our easy availability tool

  • Free access to our online CPD Academy (Thrive training, anyone?)

  • Friendly consultant support from people who actually get it

What you’ll need:

  • Experience working with children or young people (school, youth work, childcare – it all counts)

  • A positive, flexible attitude

  • Bonus points if you’ve worked with SEND pupils

A typical day?
There’s no such thing! You might be supporting a quiet KS1 class one day and helping a Year 6 pupil prep for SATs the next. But every day, you’ll be making a difference—and going home knowing it.
