Job description
I am currently recruiting for a Further Education Interim Curriculum Operations Manager to support a Construction provision.

You should have exceptional leadership and management skills and experience, and will be able develop the team within this area whilst ensuring a consistently high standard of planning, organisation, delivery and learning. They will have a proven track record in curriculum quality improvement, sustainable and effective business growth and be able to demonstrate effective partnership development skills.

We are looking for someone who has experience within and a passion for the FE sector, understands the learner journey and is responsive in developing the curriculum to meet sector demands.

You must have a strong work ethic and will share best practice with members of their team. You should be enthusiastic and flexible in their approach with a can-do, will do' attitude.

The role will involve operational management of FE, HE, and full cost and Apprenticeship provision across construction. You will also be required to work closely with the work based learning team in construction to drive quality improvements for our provision within this area. A clear understanding of internal moderation in FE and HE quality processes would be beneficial.

You will need to demonstrate a successful track record of identifying market needs and of being highly responsive in developing and providing new curriculum offers and services to meet these needs.

You must have excellent communication and ICT skills, be highly organised with excellent time management skills and be able to work independently as well as part of a team, be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.

You must have a related degree level/vocational qualification in the curriculum area and should have relevant vocational experience in the field including a proven track record in working in partnership with key construction employers and stakeholders to develop effective pathways.
