Protocol Education are currently working with Primary Schools across the London Borough of Tower Hamlets who are looking for flexible teaching assistants who are available to cover on a short-term basis.

Your role will vary from day to day and will often involve working with students with SEND on a 1:1 basis. Any experience of working with children with ASD, ADHD, Global delay, Behaviour issues or SEMH would therefore be highly beneficial.

Prior experience working with children or in a childcare setting would be highly beneficial but is not essential.

The strongest candidates will be positive, flexible and have a can-do attitude. This role requires you to be able to use your initiative and support your students to the best of your ability.

The best candidates are those that can make a real impact during the short time they are working at a school.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
