Protocol Education are looking to recruit a passionate, caring and creative Learning Support Assistant to inspire and challenge themselves and the children towards exceeding on their potential targets and working towards each child's wider holistic learning goals and development.

The role would be best suited to candidates with the following experiences and requirements;

• Be confident to lead in 1to1 environments and group sessions when required.
• Have a keen interest in particular activities to be able to offer extra curriculum that will give children new and exciting experiences.
• Have an excellent engaging, bubbly and enthusiastic persona, able to animate and inspire the children with a strong desire to help achieve the children's full potential.
• A strong work ethic to entice and engage parents to support the learning and values of the school.
• Promote autonomous learning.
• A can do and proactive approach to the children's learning and development.
