Job description
Do you want to play a part in a young person's development? Do you want to gain key classroom based experience? Are you looking for flexible to fit around your schedule?

If so then Cover Supervisor work might be the perfect fit for you!

We work with a large number of schools in the West & Central London areas and are looking for eager and confident people to cover absences on an ad hoc basis for the academic year. This work is perfect for people who want flexibility in their work, like actors and actresses, or people looking to build a career in education.

Requirements

* People management skills
* An approachable personality
* Previous secondary school experience an advantage but not essential

Responsibilities

* Cover lessons at KS3 and KS4 through a plan set by the absent teacher/Head of Department
* Maintain discipline through employing various classroom management techniques in line with the school's behaviour management policy
* Monitor pupil's progress and report back
