Cover Supervisor - Shropshire

This provider of education, located in Shropshire is looking to appoint a Cover Supervisor for a long term position with a view to going permanent for the right candidate. They are looking for their Cover Supervisor to start in September for a full time, 5 day a week role teaching Key Stage 4 and 5 students.

The ideal candidate would have previous education experience as a mentor, coach, tutor or teaching assistant, or have demonstrable proof of a passion for the education sector on their CV. They will also have a 2.1 degree or higher. However, although ideal none of these qualities are essential. What is most important is passion for education, confidence, flexibility and a strong foundation of general knowledge to draw from.

You will be joining a high achieving school graded Good in 2014 will results well above the national average for the last 5 years.

All experience levels will be considered for this role, as this school has an emphasis on quality teaching over behaviour management.

This is a real opportunity to make a difference in the lives of pupils and to be a Cover Supervisor in a nurturing environment with students who really care about their education and develop your skills as an educator.
