Job description
Are you a recent Graduate seeking a career in education? Or potentially somebody looking for a career change and want some hands-on experience in a teaching style role? Protocol Education are seeking to recruit Secondary Cover Supervisors in Bristol, Bath, Gloucestershire, Swindon and Wiltshire. This is a role ideal for candidates wishing to gain extra experience in a classroom in preparation of a career in education or for support staff who wish to develop their classroom skills. The role does not require QTS.

Cover Supervisors have a classroom-based role. The role consists of independently covering and managing the classroom. It will involve covering for teachers across a range of subjects and following the given lesson plan to ensure all pupils are on task and complete work. No planning or marking would be required. The right candidate will be able to follow given instructions left by the existing teacher and will have strong behaviour management.

Protocol Education have two open days over the Easter holidays to register Teachers and Cover Supervisor. On Tuesday 28th March 18 and Wednesday 4th April, we will be hosting an open day to register as candidates, at 10am, 11am and 1pm. We are hosting the open day at our Bristol office, Hanover House, Queen Charlotte St, Bristol, BS1 4EX. We will be able to register you to work with Protocol, as well as further explain the role and the benefits of working with us.

If this role is of interest to you, we'd love to hear from you at the Bristol office. Please register on our website https://www.protocol-education.com/Candidates/mydetailspartial.aspx and a member of our team will be in contact with you shortly. If you'd like to reserve your place on the open day, please call the Bristol Office on 0117 945 3965. We will register you and further explain the requirements of the day.
