Job description
Are you passionate about supporting students and helping them to reach their full potential?

Do you have related experience and a keen interest in becoming a Cover Supervisor?

• Opportunity to work on a short term and long term basis
• Deliver pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects
• Experience working in different schools
• Develop your teaching skills

We are looking to recruit a Cover Supervisor for an Outstanding Secondary school situated within the York and Selby area. This position consists of covering a variety of subjects across the curriculum, to cover lessons for absent teachers is required.

Cover teaching can be both equally challenging and rewarding and it also allows you to experience a variety of classrooms and age groups ranging from KS3 to KS5. Should you be available, there may even be the prospect of the Cover Supervisor role to become permanent.

Cover Supervisors will need:
• An updated DBS check (or willing to obtain one)
• The right to work in the UK
• References for the past two years
