Job description

This could be the role for you!

We are currently looking for cover supervisors. The role of the cover supervisor is to manage and support students in the absence of a classroom teacher.

The ideal candidate will:
·Demonstrate commitment to supporting students' positive behaviours for learning
·Offer a caring and sensitive approach when supporting students with a range of education needs
·Be flexible and motivated to help students to achieve success
·Have strong teamwork, interpersonal, IT and communication skills
·Demonstrate confidentiality, integrity and enthusiasm
·A genuine passion and a belief in the potential of every student

Previous experience is not essential although experience of working with children would be preferred.

Roles vary from long term to daily cover, dependent upon the schools need and we are passionate about matching the correct candidate to each role.

·You must be willing to attend a registration interview
·You must have an up-to-date CV including references for the last 2 years
