Recruiting Cover Supervisors + Unqualified Teachers for Nottingham- Contact Adnan on 0115 853 2170

I am currently working with a number of secondary schools in the Nottingham area. My clients are looking to recruit Cover supervisors that have the following Qualities. Work is available immediately after Half Term.

1. Excellent Work Ethic
2. Excellent Time Management Skills
3. Full working knowledge of relevant policies/codes of practice and general awareness of relevant legislation.
4. Working knowledge of national curriculum and other relevant learning programmes
5. Ability to apply behaviour management policies and strategies which contribute to a purposeful learning environment

The ideal applicant will have experience working in schools as a cover supervisor or have experience working with students (11-16) in any Classroom Setting. You would be joining a welcoming and supportive team, and will also benefit from regular CPD and progression opportunities wherever applicable. Cover Supervisors will receive excellent support and will have access to training from Protocol Education on a regular basis.

Our Courses that are Available are listed below: The courses are held throughout the academic year and are mostly run in during the Half Term periods.

1. Team Teach
2. Communication in SEN
3. Introduction to Supply
4. Safeguarding Training Part 1+2
5. Cover Supervisor Training
6. Behaviour Management

Essential Requirements.

1. Degree Level Qualification or Related Experience
2. Good numeracy/literacy skills
3. Necessary skills to manage classroom activities and the physical learning spaces safely
4. Have the ability to work calmly under pressure and have the ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing circumstances/situations.
5. An ability to use own initiative, work independently, motivate and inspire with a creative approach to problem solving
6. Organise and keep effective records.
7. Ability to raise self esteem in children.
8. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
9. Good interpersonal skills with children and adults.
