Job description
Due to increased requirements, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Cover Supervisor to work across a range of Good to Outstanding schools in the Leicestershire area. Your day to day role will consist of managing classroom behaviour, delivering work set by the regular teacher, as well as a range of other tasks within Leicstershire secondary schools.

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced cover supervisor or aspiring PGCE student to gain additional experience within some of Leicestershire's top secondary schools. Experience is desirable but by no means essential as full training and development will be offered. Interviews for the cover supervisor role will take place over the next few weeks, with training courses being held in February half term for those with less experienced backgrounds.

This role would suit someone who has a background as a sports coach/youth support worker, or a graduate/student who is aiming to complete a PGCE in the near future. You will gain valued experience within local secondary schools, and your ability to manage a classroom will improve substantially. Due to the nature of this role, a driving licence is essential. Unfortunately, applicants without a driving licence would not be eligible for this post as the ability to travel easily across Leicestershire is a requirement.

For more information, or for a confidential discussion about the role, please contact Leigh on 0116 285 1615. You can also email me at leigh.edwards@protocol-education.com and I will endeavour to respond as soon as I am able.

To be successful for this role you must have:

• Eligibility to work within the UK.

• Strong behaviour management

• A genuine passion for education

• Previous experience is desirable but by no means essential

• A good sense of humour is also desirable!

Protocol Education are one of the UK's leading teaching agencies. Our commitment to our candidates is second to none, and we work tirelessly on behalf of our clients and candidates. As a member of team, you will enjoy the following benefits:

• A dedicated consultant that understands your requirements

• Industry leading rates of pay

• Regular (and free) CPD courses

• Expert career advice aimed at ensuring you can move freely within your career

For more information, or to discuss the above role, contact Leigh on 0116 285 1615 or send your CV to Leigh.edwards@protocol-education.com
