My client, a 'Good' school in the Leicestershire area, are urgently seeking experienced and knowledgeable cover supervisors for ad-hoc day to day cover.
The school is based in an affluent area of Leicestershire and continuously strives to improve the standards of teaching of learning with the school. They are well-known in the community and are looking for like-minded individuals to join their cover team as soon as possible. As this will be day to day cover, you will be required to cover a wide variety of subjects, so although a subject specialism is not required, it is desirable.
You will ideally be an experienced cover supervisor based in Leicestershire who is seeking either part or full time work. A knowledege of the UK national curriculum and strong behaviour management skills are essential to this role - this would be an ideal opportunity for a learning support assistant or TA who is looking to take the next step in their career. Permanent positions regularly arise at the school, so although it is initially on a day to day basis, good performance may mean that you are offered a permanent contract with the school.
