About the Role
We’re looking for a Graduate Cover Supervisor to supervise lessons when teachers are absent. You’ll deliver set work, keep pupils engaged, and gain invaluable classroom management experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supervising lessons and delivering pre-prepared work
- Managing behaviour using calm, consistent strategies
- Supporting pupils who need help staying focused
- Building confidence in leading a class independently
What We’re Looking For
- A degree in any subject
- Good communication and presence
- Confidence speaking to groups of teenagers
- A willingness to step in and take the lead

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
