Protocol Education are working with schools across Sunderland and South Tyneside who require reliable and energetic Cover Supervisors to work on a flexible basis. .
The successful candidate will be delivering cover for lessons due to the absence of the classroom teachers ensuring purposeful learning.
This role is ideal for an individual who is motivated and passionate about enriching lives and educating students.
The role of a Cover Supervisor is perfect for graduates that have an interest in developing a career in teaching whilst gaining first-hand experience and for those who have previous experience in an educational setting.
Requirements:
- High standard of literacy and numeracy skills
- Demonstrate strong behaviour management techniques
- Ability to provide in-class support
- Liaise directly with teachers
