We're working with a welcoming secondary school in Bradford that's looking for a Cover Supervisor to join their team on a temporary basis. You'll play a vital role in keeping learning on track while teachers are away, all within a supportive school where your contribution is genuinely valued.

What you'll be doing

You'll supervise lessons in the absence of the class teacher, ensuring students stay focused and engaged with the work that's been set.

From leading lessons across a range of subjects to supporting positive behaviour and encouraging students to do their best, no two days will be the same. It's a varied and rewarding role where you'll build confidence, gain valuable classroom experience and make a real difference every day.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

✔ Experience working with children or young people, in schools or other settings

✔ Confidence managing groups of students in a classroom environment

✔ Strong communication and relationship-building skills

✔ A calm, positive and proactive approach

✔ The ability to adapt quickly and work as part of a supportive team

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
