The role:

You’ll be:
• Supervising classes across KS3 and KS4 using pre-planned lesson materials provided by teaching staff
• Managing classroom behaviour confidently and ensuring students remain engaged in learning
• Creating a positive, focused learning environment where students can succeed
• Supporting students to complete classwork and achieve their full potential
• Building strong relationships with students and staff across the school
• Becoming a valued member of a supportive and welcoming school community

What we’re looking for:

• Experience working with young people in education, coaching, youth work, care, tutoring, or similar settings
• Strong behaviour management skills and confidence leading a classroom independently
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A calm, resilient, and adaptable approach
• A genuine passion for supporting young people and education
• Graduates and aspiring teachers are warmly encouraged to apply

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
