Cover Supervisor

We're working with a number of welcoming secondary schools across Telford and Shrewsbury that are looking for confident and adaptable Cover Supervisors to join them as soon as possible.

As a Cover Supervisor, you'll deliver pre-planned lessons, maintain a positive learning environment, and ensure students remain engaged and focused throughout the school day.

What you'll be doing:

• Supervising pre-planned lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
• Managing classroom behaviour and keeping students on task
• Creating a positive and productive learning environment
• Supporting schools with day-to-day and longer-term cover needs
• Building positive relationships with students and staff

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience working with young people, either in schools or similar settings
• Is confident, adaptable and able to think on their feet
• Has strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Can remain calm and professional in a busy classroom environment
• Is passionate about supporting young people to succeed
