The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

• Deliver pre-set lessons across a range of subjects
• Manage classroom behaviour and keep students engaged
• Support students in completing work independently
• Maintain a calm, structured, and purposeful learning environment
• Build positive relationships with students and staff
• Gain experience across different year groups and subjects

You won’t be expected to plan lessons, but you will need confidence, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead a classroom effectively.
