Thinking about teaching, but not quite ready to dive into full planning and marking? Or maybe you love the buzz of the classroom and want something flexible that still makes a real impact.
This could be your sweet spot.
We’re working with a range of welcoming secondary schools across Doncaster looking for confident, reliable Cover Supervisors to keep lessons running smoothly when teachers are away. No teaching qualification needed, just strong presence, good energy, and the ability to keep a class on track.
You’ll step into the classroom, deliver pre-set work, and keep things ticking along. Think of yourself as the steady hand in the room.
No late-night planning. No marking marathons. Just good, solid classroom experience.
You don’t need to be a qualified teacher, but you do need confidence and a calm, can-do attitude.
If you’ve ever been told “you’d be great in a classroom”, this is your sign.
Whether you’re exploring teaching, building school experience, or just want flexible work that actually feels worthwhile, this role gives you:
We keep things simple, supportive, and straight-talking:
We always ask our Cover Supervisors about Thrive training.
If you’ve already got it, brilliant, schools love it.
If not, no stress, we offer FREE Thrive training to help you understand behaviour, build stronger relationships with students, and stand out in the classroom. It’s one of those things that makes a real difference, both for you and the pupils you support.
If you’re looking for a role that’s flexible, rewarding, and gets you right into the heart of school life, this could be the one.
Apply now or drop us a message for a chat, we’ll keep it simple and honest.
