Right to work in the UK, passport or BRP with share code
Overseas Police Check if you’ve lived abroad
Experience working with young people, this could be in schools, coaching, tutoring, youth work, or similar
Confident communication and a steady presence in the classroom
A calm, professional approach, even on the busier days
Nice to have, not essential
Training or qualifications in education, childcare, or youth work
What you’ll get with Protocol Education
Weekly PAYE pay, no umbrella companies
Free access to our CPD Academy
Support from a local consultant who knows the schools and what works
Opportunities across a range of secondary schools in Telford
