The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

• Supervise classes across Years 5–8

• Deliver pre-set work and maintain learning focus

• Manage behaviour in line with school policy

• Support pupils’ engagement and effort

• Report back to teaching staff on progress and conduct

• Uphold safeguarding and school procedures

Working with younger secondary-aged pupils requires a balance of approachability and firm boundaries.
