Protocol Education are recruiting for future teachers to provide Cover Supervision in Secondary Schools across Sunderland. Schools use cover supervisors to support non-contact time for teachers. A job as a cover supervisor is ideal for graduates interested in training to become a teacher. 

About this role:

  • Working with secondary pupils aged 11-16
  • Supervising pupils carrying out pre-prepared exercises when teaching staff are on short-term absence
  • Full time, flexible around your current commitments

Candidate requirements:

  • Graduate-level qualification
  • No formal teaching qualifications required
  • Be able to work 3 days a week
  • Passion for education
  • Be able to pass DBS checks
  • Hard-working and reliable
  • Have the right to work in the UK
