A 11-18 mixed multi-ethnic comprehensive school located in Leyton are seeking to appoint an IT Teacher to join their vibrant and successful school. 

This is an exciting opportunity for an energetic, enthusiastic, and inspiring classroom practitioner. 

As a Computer Science Teacher you must have excellent subject knowledge and possess the skills and determination to make a significant difference to the lives of the students.

Computer Studies is taught in three subject specific rooms in Key Stage 3 and 4, whilst A-level is delivered in our dedicated Sixth Form centre.

In 2016 Ofsted judged the school outstanding in all areas.

This is a new build all-through school primarily focused on inclusivity and community dynamics, scoring Good in their most recent Ofsted inspections.


Job Requirements:

  • Up to date knowledge of the National Curriculum
  • Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate, inspire and support colleagues and children
  • Awareness of current teaching strategies and ability to use engaging teaching techniques to boost learning
