Complex Needs Teaching Assistant – Bedlington (Full-Time)

Protocol Education is recruiting a full-time Complex Needs Teaching Assistant to join a specialist SEND provision in Bedlington. You'll work with pupils who require additional support with learning, communication and daily routines, helping create a positive and structured learning environment.

The role requires patience, consistency and a willingness to celebrate every achievement, no matter how small.
