Job description
This outstanding school are looking for learning support assistants to work 1:1 and in small groups to support students that have been dismissed from mainstream education. Previous experience working in education would be beneficial however youth workers, social workers, support workers and counsellors are also good experiences to have. The school supports students with challenging behaviours and medical issues. Experience with speech and language difficulties is desirable. This is a role from September.

The school are looking for individuals who have:

• Childcare Experience
• Ability to manage challenging behaviour
• Passionate about education
• Able to adapt and adjust to work in a challenging setting
• Committed to implementing the schools ethos and values
