Classroom Supervisor

A large and inclusive secondary school in Ashington, Northumberland is looking for a reliable and confident Classroom Supervisor to join the team.

The Role

As a Classroom Supervisor, you will:

• Lead lessons in the absence of the class teacher using pre-set work
• Ensure students stay focused, engaged, and on task
• Manage behaviour using clear and consistent school systems
• Support students with their learning where needed
• Work across a range of subjects and year groups
• Maintain a calm and structured classroom environment

You’ll be the key adult in the room, keeping learning moving and expectations high.
