Classroom Supervisor
Central Leeds
Minimum 3 days per week
Competitive daily rate, paid weekly through PAYE
Love being in the classroom but prefer leading behaviour over lesson planning? This one’s for you.
We’re working with secondary schools in central Leeds looking for confident, calm Classroom Supervisors who can step in, hold the room, and keep learning on track. You won’t need to plan lessons, but you will need to manage behaviour like a pro.
If you’ve got strong presence, quick thinking, and that natural “you’ve got this” energy, we want to hear from you.
• Supervising pre-set lessons across a range of subjects
• Managing classroom behaviour and keeping students focused
• Following the school’s behaviour policy consistently
• Reporting back to teaching staff at the end of the day
• Proven, strong behaviour management, this is essential
• Experience working with young people, ideally in a school setting
• Confidence leading a full classroom independently
• Availability for at least 3 days per week
This role suits graduates, aspiring teachers, experienced cover supervisors, or anyone who thrives in a fast-paced school environment and knows how to set clear boundaries.
• Weekly PAYE pay, no umbrella companies
• FREE access to our online CPD Academy
• A dedicated consultant who actually listens
• Flexible work to fit around you
• Opportunities in mainstream and alternative settings
• A referral scheme if you’ve got friends in education
Schools need reliable, steady classroom leaders right now. If you’re calm under pressure and not afraid of a lively Year 9 on a Friday afternoon, you’ll fit right in.
