Job description
Protocol Education is seeking an enthusiastic, committed and reliable teaching assistant for a mixture of long term and day to day roles who are ready for a new challenge!

This outstanding school supports students of all ages with special needs such as profound multiple learning difficulties (PMLD), autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and speech and language difficulties. The school are looking for a teaching assistant to work 1:1 with students as well as with small groups. Prior experience working with students with special educational needs is desirable.

The school are looking for individuals that are:

• Passionate about working in education
• Patient and calm
• Be able to differentiate your approach to support the needs of the children
• Able to adapt and adjust to work in a challenging setting
• Experience in personal care
