Are you looking for your next or first Permanent position as a Class Teacher at a large Primary School in Staffordshire?

This Ofsted rated Good Primary School are looking to appoint a Class Teacher to a permanent position as a Year 3 Class Teacher for January 2018.

This large Staffordshire primary school located close to Brewood are looking to appoint Primary Teacher to this permanent Year 3 Class Teacher vacancy due to commence in January 2018. The post is offered on a full time, permanent basis and would be suitable for both experienced teachers and NQT's.

The school were graded as a Good school during their last inspection and are keen to appoint a Class Teacher who will embrace the schools hard working culture and high expectations. You will join a school who have seen some significant changes in the last year with a new Head Teacher who is providing inspirational and effective leadership through these planned changes and implementation of new strategy.

The school has a highly multi-cultural demographic with the majority of pupils coming from minority backgrounds and the school has a high proportion of EAL pupils. Ability levels when pupils enter school are often below the national average though through effective plans and strategies most pupils are caught up to their targeted attainment levels by the time they reach Key Stage 2 if not sooner. The proportion of SEN pupils at the school with a statement of special needs is also slightly higher than the national average.

Behaviour at the school is good with pupils wanting to learn and teachers enjoy the environment and culture that has been and continues to be embedded within the institution. This is an exciting opportunity to join a good school at an exciting time in their development.
