We’re working with a welcoming, mainstream secondary school in Birmingham that’s looking for a Chemistry Teacher to join them ASAP. This is a full-time, long-term role with the chance to really settle in, build relationships, and make your mark.

What you’ll be doing:

• Teaching Chemistry across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 if you fancy it)

• Delivering lessons that bring science to life, practicals included

• Supporting students of all abilities to build confidence and understanding

• Creating a positive, focused learning environment

• Marking and assessment in line with school expectations

What we’re looking for:

• UK QTS or equivalent

• Experience teaching Chemistry in a secondary setting

• Strong classroom presence and behaviour management

• Someone who can hit the ground running and build rapport quickly

• A teacher who can make the periodic table feel a bit less… intimidating
