We have a vacancy to work in a vibrant and popular primary school in Ealing, to work one to one with a pupil in Year 3 with challenging behaviour.

The school is diverse and has a very inclusive approach, with SEN provisions and centres on site. They have Specialist Leaders of Education working in research and supporting and training staff on site and across the borough.

The successful candidate will have:
-Experience working with children with challenging behaviour
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-High levels of self motivation and drive
-Team Teach training and strategies to work with social and emotional behaviour
-Strong commitment to their own professional development

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
